Over 11 days, Burger Festival Zagreb will gather 17 vendors serving over 50 signature recipes, festival premieres, world-class culinary techniques, a rich dessert selection, and a packed music and entertainment lineup.

This year's food lineup is more diverse than ever—ranging from traditional dishes reinvented as burgers to Asian-Latin fusions, wild game, premium smash burgers, and seafood creations.

1. Istrian & Belgrade Specialties

• Farabuto (Labin): Chef Toni Dragičević brings authentic Istrian street food—Žgvacet Burger (chicken stew, aged cow's milk cheese, caramelized onions, and homemade tomato sauce in a brioche bun), Istrijonski Burger inspired by jota stew, Tartufo, and focaccia topped with pork loin (zarebanjak) and smoked sardines.

• Ž burger (Belgrade): Voted the best burger in Serbia (Burger Dudes 2024 & 2025), this spot arrives with fresh dry-aged beef classics. Menu highlights include Pistać (mozzarella, grilled mortadella, and pistachio pesto) and the iconic Čiz.
